Born and raised in Mexico, Emma Salamanca arrived in the United States in 1984 with a clear vision: to live a life of purpose, impact, and legacy. Every step of her journey has been guided by a deep calling to uplift others and create lasting change.

In 1999, she broke ground in the entertainment industry, eventually founding Lassu Booking & Management, where she continues to lead with integrity and vision as President. Her influence has extended across borders and cultures, using the arts as a bridge to connect and inspire.

Emma’s mission extends far beyond business. In 2004, driven by compassion and a strong sense of purpose, she founded Haz La Diferencia, a nonprofit organization committed to equipping children, youth, and adults—particularly those from underserved communities—with the skills and opportunities to lead, grow, and thrive. Through education, leadership development, and personal growth initiatives, Haz La Diferencia creates pathways to a future filled with hope and possibility.

Today, Emma is answering an even deeper call: to stand in the gap for those battling mental and emotional struggles. She has expanded the organization’s mission to include mental health awareness and healing, recognizing that true transformation begins within. Through community-based programs, workshops, and compassionate outreach, Emma and her team are helping individuals rediscover their voice, their strength, and their worth.
