Cecilia Spencer comes to Haz la Diferencia with over 30 years’ experience working with children as a bilingual preschool teacher.

With her years of education and work experience, Cecilia enjoys working in a team-setting and is driven by the vigor to create lasting change in the lives of the children we serve.
