Defining a Practicum Seminar

While a seminar requires an individual to understand and discuss, a practicum seminar is not just a lecture or a traditional class. It is a course of study designed especially for the preparation ofparticipants that involves the supervised practical application of previously studied theory. It is a hands-on, identity-shaping learning experience designed to help participants realign who they are with how they live.

Built on The Creation Code methodology, the practicum format blends three powerful elements:

  1. Immersive Story Telling and Reflection
Each session begins with one of the chapters from The Creation Code book. This can be read by the participants prior to the day’s discussion or duringthe day’s discussion. It can be read aloud, or participants can listen to the chapter from the audio book. These fictional conversations introduce the day’s core idea.

The story opens the heart first, then the mind, preparing participants to explore their own lives.

2. Guided Identity Practicum
Instead of listening passively, participants practice. They engage in 15 carefully sequenced exercises that combine neuroscience, cognitivepsychology, and values- based coaching. These “practicums” help uncover inherited beliefs, rewrite unhelpful self-talk, and align daily behavior with chosen values and vision.

  1. Neuro-Forensics™ and The Identity Curriculum™ Drawing on neuroscience and epigenetics, the seminar examines the origin of limiting beliefs and emotional This is not therapy; it teaches the skill of identity rewiring: A practicum functions as a high-level Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) experience, while also restoring cognitive freedom.
